Human Resource Management System

HRMS manages recording of the recruitment process from creating the original request through preparing the applicant record for hire to be employed as well as the lifetime record of employment all the way to retirement. The HRMS helps with reviewing applicants and updating their records, updating interview results, helps in designing and creating of offers through preset templates and authorization requirements, and can be set up for post-applicatory functions and procedures through an automated system. This special system is created to track many data points on each employee, from personal history, data, skills, to payroll records. To reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities, MeteSys automates many of these processes by producing custom and proprietary HRMS. HRMS though customized can easily be designed to gathering data on employee time and attendance, calculating various deductions and taxes, and generating periodic payments and employee tax reports. Manual calculation of leave is no longer necessary. You can predefine annual leave available to employee. Definition can be made for total leave for a year or monthly increment basis.

Different type of leave management is possible like SICK, PRIVILEGE, CASUAL LEAVE and OTHERS Different leave setup for different Grade is possible.

Monthly increment of leave can made possible on pro-rata basis of days present. Automatic leave balance calculation with carry forward to next year with prior setup of maximum leave.

You may generate a Leave History Report for any employee. Balance Leave report.

Leave Rules

Very comprehensive Leave Rules can be built in terms of:

Maximum days for each type.

Calculations based on working days or calendar days.

Whether the leave is allowed to be carried forward.

Number of days allowed to be carried forward.

Applicable to male, female or both.

Automatic Credit based on these rules, on accumulation basis.
